This questionnaire is part of the research conducted for my diploma thesis “Exploring The Main Factors Of User Innovation Using The Example Of The Smartphone Operating Systems Android And Apple iOS And Their Associated Application Stores” at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Austria.
